WELCOME TO
SERENITY FALLS: WOMEN'S SOBER LIVING

A Nurse Run Women's Sober Living

Serenity Falls is different. Owned and run by healthcare professionals with years of personal experience in recovery and addiction medicine, we understand that the root of substance use is loneliness and isolation and that the best solution is Connection.
Our primary goal is to create a house that feels like home. Some of our women say that it feels like living in a house with all your best friends.
At Serenity Falls, a medical professional is on call 24/7

WHY SOBER LIVING?

There's a saying in the recovery community: If you sit outside a barbershop all day then you'll probably end up getting a hair cut.
The same is true in recovery. Serenity Falls Sober Living provides people the chance to surround themselves with women in the same place in life, with the same goals of staying clean and sober, and who share the same desire to escape the pit of addiction and alcoholism.

A universal truth with substance use is feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and isolation.  Sober Living provides the opposite. Having friends to share your struggles and worries with can change lives, and sober living aims to provide that environment.

Additionally, scientific studies show time and again that a structured living environment can increase recovery rates. One study showed that structured sober livings increased rates of success by 600% compared to those not living in a sober living.

Sober Livings provide a fun and relaxing place where you can have structure and build positive relationships that often last a lifetime.

DOES SOBER LIVING ACTUALLY WORK?

If you've been in a treatment facility you know that counselors and staff highly encourage transitioning through Sober Living.

But does it really work?

The answer is YES! Lets us tell you why!

One place to look is to scientific studies that have measured success rates while in Sober Livings. In one study by the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health found that in structured Sober Livings success rates went from 11% to 68% at 6 and 12 months!

Or you could listen to peoples personal experience. One former client wrote upon leaving their sober living,
"I had been abusing drugs and alcohol most of my life and after several attempts at treatment, I was unsuccessful at maintaining sobriety. Six months ago I decide to make a change and move into sober living. It was the best decision I have ever made for my recovery. If it was not for the support system I have within the house, I could honestly say I would still be destroying my life with drugs and causing even more destruction for myself and pain to my family and friends that care about me. I would recommend sober living properties to anyone trying to take back control of their lives." R.B

Reviews:

"I have to say that this sober living house made all the difference for my recovery. I had previously been living at the Denver Zen Mountain sober living for a few months, and the nature of the dynamic there- roommates were short, snippy and rude with each other, as well as the micromanaging style of your time by the owner - put me off from sober housing altogether (this is my first time in recovery). By some miracle I ended up switching over to Taylor's house, Serenity Falls, and it changed my mind completely. After 8 months living there, the women were always consistently kind, supportive, friendly and it felt more like a great sorority house than anything. However the definitive part of my experience there was Taylor. He has intentionally created a different atmosphere than other sober livings, where you feel empowered with your time (as opposed to micromanaged), can always speak with him authentically for support, generously fulfills every need the house could possibly have for supplies, and actually wants to spend time connecting with the tenants whether it be playing board games or going to an Escape Room. He's done a lot to make this place different from the others. I'm leaving this review for the house to pay my experience forward as itt was the best thing that's ever happened for my recovery, and I hope it is for yours too." -Google Review
